How to Vote by Mail for Pleasant View Board of Directors 

1. This must be done by April 29, 2025.

2. Download the Application for Absentee Ballot form below:

2. Fill out the first row (highlighted in yellow). Your name should be as it appears on your voter registration. Your birth year is required to make sure you're over 18.

3. Fill out your street address in the next highlighted section. 

4. Sign and date the bottom. Your email or phone number is required so that the designated election official can reach out to you with questions or issues.

3. Email your form the Designated Election Official, Micki Mills, at mmills@cegrlaw.com by April 29, 2025.
